ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2016 and expanded to a second location in 2025. Today, I lead a growing team of 12 across both offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare but wanted a career where I could still make an impact while having the opportunity to build something of my own.
Athletics have also been a big part of my background. I played college football at the University of Tulsa and went on to play minor league baseball. Those experiences helped shape my approach to teamwork, discipline, and personal accountability. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As we continue to grow, we want team members to have the opportunity to grow with us and take ownership of their careers.
Our culture is built around trust, independence, and accountability. I’m not a micromanager—I provide the framework and expectations, then trust my team members to structure their day and get the job done. I’m looking for self-starters who are motivated, disciplined, and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction. If you thrive with independence and want to be part of an established, growing team where you’re trusted to take ownership of your success, we’d love to meet you.
